Do you still multitask well?

Feels harder to juggle too many things at once these days. Anyone relate?

Yeah, definitely. I can still multitask, but I’m way more aware now that splitting focus comes with a cost. I get more done when I slow it down and handle one thing at a time instead of juggling everything.
