Updating my infotainment system

I'm trying to figure out how to get more out of a 2019 Atlas infotainment system. I've heard that you can map update files to add new features, but will it cause problems with the car's system? anyone here tried to expand what the infotainment can do without issues?

I've checked into this too. The official VW map and system updates are safe and won't cause any issues with your car. You can find them on the VW nav portal if your Atlas has built-in nav

Some people use OBDeleven or VCDS to unlock extra features or adjust settings, like turning on Android Auto if it's blocked in your area. But be careful,playing around with system files or using unofficial updates could brick your unit or void your warranty
