Can anyone tell me when we should replace the timing belt? I like to take precautions, so I want to replace it in the right time, just to prevent something bad happen

You can check your car's manual first for this. But usually it's around 60k to 100k miles or every 5 to 7 years whichever comes first. you're right, better safe than sorry!

As far as I know, all engines in the Atlas have a timing chain, so there's not specific service interval on it. If you start to hear the chain rattling or making some noise it shouldn't, then you can take it to a mechanic. Apart from that you're good.
