even though I got the Atlas for me there are moments when my brother needs a ride and uses it which im fine with. the problem i have is with the memory seats, to be specific the fact i dont have them. are there any options for retrofit or im stuck with this? i dont mind it too much but it would be nice to utilize this feature

I've seen other people posted about this issue too, but no one really got the answer. But, I think everything is possible with enough time and money :)

No, unfortunately, no... There's nothing that VW offers on an official memory seat retrofit kit. Yeah I do think there's a lot of options like VWguy2025 stated:

So, I suppose you can try going to the dealership and asking if you could do an OEM seat swap because SEL Premium has memory seats. Or, you can always try aftermarket unless you're pickyy.

not too sure if there's a simple retrofit option, but I guess it might be worth checking with a dealer cos sometimes these things aren't easy to add after the fact. Hopefully, there's a way to make it work, though

It's possible, but it's not very plug-and-play. The memory switch, compatible module, possibly sensor-equipped seat motors, and some wiring are required. coding as well. It's a bit of a project, but I've seen a few guys do it with Ali kits. But if your game, it would be slick

I've done a retrofit of electric seats with memory on a lexus a few years ago and let me tell you, it's not worht it. The module, the wiring, trying to piece everything back together and ensure it worsk will cost you more than to get a newer car with memory seats. Haven't done it on an atlas, but I doubt it's a simple job

I'm guessing this mean drop the idea before it ruins me financially? :)
