GPS problem

I own a Premium atlas cross sport SEL 2020 model and im having problems with the navigation system, my location on the map is not at all accurate. I use the google or apple maps using a wire and its not functioning as well as i expect it to. the dealer said they dont know how to fix it and I find that very disturbing. I hope to get answers here.

the gps antenna could be the issue here or maybe it needs to be recalibrated. i'd take it to a different dealer and get a second opinion
