Is the radio software in the 2021 Atlas upgradable

I've been wondering if anyone knows whether the radio or software system in the 2021 Volkswagen Atlas can get any upgrades or updates, either at the dealership or even as a DIY project. Are there any firmware updates or cool new features we can add after we've bought it? I'd really appreciate any thoughts or experiences you guys might have to share!

Yeeees, the 2021 Atlas is eligible for OTA software updates. Are you enrolled in the myVW app? You should get the notifications if you are.

it's possible ofc. but you know, the 2021 Atlas already has a pretty decent system, but newer models often get little refinements. Have you looked into whether any of the features from, say, a 2023 or 2024 Atlas could be ported over via software?
Also, beyond official updates, has anyone explored reliable aftermarket upgrades for the 2021 Atlas that integrate well with the existing system?
